Incorrect or Damaged Goods (Photo Returns):
If we shipped you the wrong item or your item arrives damaged or in poor condition, simply email us a digital photo of the damaged or incorrect item and the shipping container to email@example.com. Please include in the body of the email: your order number, the shipping ID or item number, a brief description of the reason for the return, and tell us whether you are seeking a replacement or a refund. Please send your request within 30 days of receipt. Your request will be processed within 48 hours and you will receive an email letting you know your replacement is under production or your refund is being processed. If you select a refund, you will be refunded the full cost of the item and the cost of delivery.
If your items arrived in good condition but you have changed your mind, no problem! You can return your item within 30 days of receipt and receive a refund for the price of the product.
Personalised wall stickers and wall decals are excluded from returns.
It is a customer duty to make sure that purchased spares are fit or need to be replaced as We do not want to participate in the cost of repair of your appliance. We do accept the return but will refund you the amount you paid minus postage we paid.
To return an item, please pack them in the original tube or box and include the completed Return Instructions form located on the back of the Packing List included with your order. You may also inform us of your intent to return an item via letter by post, fax, or e-mail. Please include your name, postal address, email address, telephone numbers, as well as your order number, the shipping ID and/or item number. We encourage you to include a brief description of the reason for the return.
Please be aware that you are obligated to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. We strongly encourage you to return your item via a trackable method. If you are returning an item that is not normally capable of being returned by post, you are still responsible for the cost of returning the item.
Your pack shipment
Packages are generally dispatched within 1 day (unless stated different - see product description) after receipt of payment and are shipped via Royall Mail with signature or another courier with signature.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to the total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
The Buyer shall inspect the Goods immediately upon receipt and must notify the Seller within 7 working days of delivery confirming in writing or via email if the Goods are damaged or do not comply with any of the Contract. If the Buyer fails to do so the Buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the Goods.
We are unable to replace damaged goods if you have tried to fit them. If your order appears damaged or faulty in any way please email or phone us straight away. We are unable to refund or replace goods if the item is not returned to us. Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm We recommend you use an insured carrier such as ROYAL MAIL RECORDED DELIVERY. Please quote your order/invoice number with all returns so that we can identify where the returned item came from.
